📋 Description

• Build the brand people want to belong to • Collaborate with founders on strategic topics • Develop marketing and growth strategies • Plan and manage campaigns and events • Manage social media channels • Analyze KPIs • Translate ideas into briefs and coordinate agencies

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a dynamic environment such as a startup, agency, consulting, or a fast-growing consumer company • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate strategies into real-world implementations • Bold, unconventional marketing ideas and drive • Strong brand instincts and a good sense for aesthetics, tone of voice, and social culture • Independent and structured working style with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership • Confident use of social media, CapCut, Canva, MS Office, and AI tools • Understanding of marketing KPIs and the ability to make data-driven decisions • Fluent communication in German and English
