📋 Description

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational projects • Take independent ownership of key projects across all areas • Build, optimize and document internal processes to make growth scalable • Coordinate between teams and ensure projects stay on track • Research and prepare strategic decisions for new business areas and partnerships • Act as the Founder’s right hand and step in wherever urgent needs arise • Strengthen client relationships and drive new projects forward • Coordinate the team

• Experience in marketing / eCommerce • Communicative personality / strong communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Full availability • Willingness to go the extra mile • FULL-TIME availability
