• Bring a smile to our customers' faces • Provide support to customers by phone and in writing — on all matters related to property insurance • Assist with claims settlement and processing • Maintain customer data and document customer interactions in our systems • Contribute to customer satisfaction and ensure customers feel well advised through your commitment
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level) • Confident user of common PC applications • Enjoy advising people and resolving customer issues • Work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think solution-oriented • Some experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance sector
