📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer assistance with TV, telephone, and internet issues • Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities • Needs-based product advice and contract optimization in every customer interaction • Persuasive presentation of suitable Vodafone products with a strong sales focus • Participation in five weeks of paid training and onboarding • After onboarding, working in a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and sales talent • Friendly manner and persuasive communication skills • Empathy in sales interactions • Fluent German with strong verbal communication skills • Confident computer skills • Ability to handle straightforward technical topics • At least one year of call center experience or at least one year of sales experience (an additional advantage) • Ideally, experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • Reliability and self-motivation when working from home • Residence in Germany • Willingness to reliably cover the stated working hours • Willingness to work shifts and every other weekend
