📋 Description

• Actively acquire, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships in the region, while attracting and supporting key influencers and referral partners • Actively acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory (North, West, or South) • Conduct profitability and cost-saving potential analyses using Excel • Present process and cost advantages to customers and decision-makers • Lead professional proposal and contract negotiations • Document and follow up on all sales activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales or field sales, ideally in linen rental, personal protective equipment (PPE), workwear, or technical distribution • Experience in new customer acquisition • Knowledge of conducting needs analyses • Proficiency in Excel • Basic understanding of business administration and commercial principles • Experience in negotiation and contract closing • Strong sales ability and a genuine hunter mentality • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
