• Lead sales activities supporting EPC and engineering firms • Develop and execute the sales approach for every stage of a project • Establish long-term relationships with key individuals • Oversee quotes and preliminary drawings for projects • Participate and lead project requirement meetings • Promote KPS in trade events and associations • Support development of Sales excellence
• Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred) • 5+ years of sales experience in power generation systems with emphasis on Generators. • 3+ years of experience with data centers, hospitals, water & wastewater, or emergency backup power • Ability to read construction documents and develop technical quotes. • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. • Proven leadership, results-oriented professional, and aggressive self-starter.
