• Prospecting and managing the full sales cycle • Closing business in a variety of enterprise corporate accounts and law firms • Generating leads to create a pipeline of opportunities and manage the pipeline with the account team • Collaborating cross-functionally to secure new business and provide input on development of marketing plans and programs • Identifying business issues within client and prospect accounts to understand solution fit • Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs • Managing multiple complex sales processes simultaneously • Articulating the LNIP value proposition with an in depth understanding of IP solutions to clients and prospects • Acting as a consultant to identify and quantify customer objectives and offer solutions through our products
• Have a Bachelor's degree • Be action orientated and target and results driven • Have excellent relevant B2B sales experience (inside or field) • Be able to manage and measure work • Be able to work collaboratively and works cross-functionally • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets in new business, in a competitor, complex sales environment • Have solid communication, skills (verbal, written, negotiation and presentation) • Be able to identify, understand and translate customer needs into comprehensive and competitor solutions
