📋 Description

• Own the planning and implementation of the Payroll chapter • Own the complete payroll function, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific government regulations • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team • Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll-related matters • Lead, unblock, and support the Payroll team • Stay up to date with international payroll laws and regulations • Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures • Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers • Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics for the team • Report to the Senior Manager, Payroll Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional / global payroll operations • Understanding of global payroll best practices • Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries • Experience managing relationships with third-party payroll services • Passion for managing people without micromanaging reports • Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment • Productivity-focused approach to improving and speeding up work • Ability and willingness to work largely asynchronously • Fluent written and spoken English • Remote-work experience is not required; it is considered a plus • Submit application and CV in English • Prior employment verification check
