📋 Description

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy processes • Lead workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separation and settlement negotiations, and termination meetings • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations • Coordinate payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions, and other stakeholders • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents • Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform • Serve as subject-matter expert for offboarding matters and respond to queries • Guide clients through Employee Relations resources, policies, and processes • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable regulations • Coordinate handling of employee relations matters and monitor ongoing cases • Support progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer and employee experience initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle • Strong experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance • Experience providing HR support on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and provide practical solutions • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills • Business-level (advanced) written and spoken English • Aptitude for process innovation, optimization, automation, and best practices • Operational efficiency with thorough record-keeping and data integrity • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to evolving systems and asynchronous collaboration tools • Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency • Prior employment verification check
