• Assist US-based executives with daily operations of the company • Efficiently manage phone calls and emails • Maintain and update the executive's calendar; schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases • Communicate with the client and stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing; provide project updates and coordinate project-related activities • Manage and monitor social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives • Serve as a founding member to lead building of the team and operations in the Philippines and help build company culture
• 4+ years experience as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant • Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers • Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines • Experience in a fast moving tech-type environment is a plus • Located or with roots in the Central or Southern regions of the Philippines; strong preference for candidates based in Cebu • Experience supporting US-based executives and clients
