📋 Description

• Source suitable candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. • Screen and qualify candidates against specific job requirements. • Conduct initial candidate conversations and assess experience, suitability, availability, and expectations. • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. • Prepare and send job descriptions, interview information, and recruitment correspondence. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. • Manage approximately three to five vacancies simultaneously. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities. • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide regular progress updates. • Support clients throughout the recruitment process where required. • Develop a strong understanding of the relevant market for each vacancy. • Manage recruitment administration accurately and efficiently. • Work towards recruitment targets, deadlines, and agreed service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruitment or candidate resourcing experience. • Good understanding of the UK recruitment market. • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate search skills. • Confidence conducting screening and qualification calls. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities. • Strong administration and organisational skills. • High attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.
