• 3–5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or executive search role, preferably in international markets • Strong track record of placing mid to senior-level candidates across various regions • Exceptional client management and business development skills • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams • Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and professional presentation skills • A home-based setup including: • - Laptop / PC • - Reliable, high-speed internet connection • - Professional, distraction-free working environment
