📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client kickoff calls and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and talent placement • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain working relationships throughout searches • Lead kickoff calls to align on role requirements, hiring criteria, process, and timelines • Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI-enabled tools • Manage candidate pipelines and communications, keeping clients and candidates informed • Negotiate offers through signed offer and successful placement • Own searches and proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle/full-desk recruiting • Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process from client-facing kickoff calls through offer and placement • Comfortable using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows • Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes • Strong communication and relationship-management skills with clients and candidates • Self-motivated and organized, with discipline to manage a remote workload independently • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed team • Experience recruiting in tech or professional services is nice to have • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby and recruitment CRM tools is nice to have • Prior agency or staffing experience is nice to have • English version of CV required
