📋 Description

• Manage recruitment assignments to deliver high quality candidates against defined recruitment briefs • Sell opportunities to candidates through phone-based conversations and overcome objections • Provide detailed candidate profiles demonstrating suitability and potential objections • Convert candidate profiles into professional CVs/resumes for current and future opportunities • Conduct market research to identify target companies and high-quality candidates • Headhunt and engage candidates through calls, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms • Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process • Research and identify accurate contact methods for potential candidates • Maintain recruitment administration, including CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline management, and activity tracking • Deliver consistently against agreed activity and recruitment targets • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team across assignments • Generate referrals and identify potential business leads • Provide regular candidate updates throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 18 months+ recruitment experience, preferably focused on permanent recruitment • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals over the phone • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Proven ability to source and deliver candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms • Proactive, target-driven, and motivated by success • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven recruitment environment • Strong team player with a desire to learn, develop, and progress • Ability to work Monday to Friday during US time zone/PST hours
