📋 Description

• Conduct virtual interviews with candidates approximately every 15 minutes throughout the day • Screen candidates against role requirements and company standards • Build rapport with candidates and provide a professional interview experience • Assess communication skills, experience, and overall suitability • Maintain accurate interview notes and candidate records • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with interview outcomes • Coordinate candidate progression through the recruitment process • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding next steps • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets are met • Manage a high volume of interviews while maintaining quality and attention to detail • Perform general recruitment administration as required
