📋 Description
• Contact applicants and conduct telephone screenings • Assess candidate suitability against our recruitment criteria • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications • Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process • Maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM and recruitment systems • Keep recruitment trackers up to date
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years' experience in recruitment, HR administration, or similar • Experience using ATS or CRM systems • Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency • Own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection • Quiet home working environment
