📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process from initial role briefing through to successful placement. • Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels. • Proactively headhunt and approach both active and passive candidates. • Review CVs and applications and identify candidates who meet role requirements. • Conduct initial screening calls and structured interviews. • Assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, professionalism, and overall suitability. • Evaluate candidates for company and culture fit. • Coordinate candidates through the interview and selection process. • Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout recruitment. • Support offer discussions and drive candidates through to successful placement. • Ensure a smooth handover after successful placement. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Take ownership of candidate quality and ensure only strong, well-vetted candidates are presented. • Continuously develop talent pools for current and future hiring requirements. • Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment systems. • Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process. • Identify potential issues early and take action to keep recruitment processes moving. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations. • Ask questions to understand what makes someone successful in the role. • Provide informed recommendations on candidate suitability. • Communicate recruitment progress and pipeline updates. • Build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency, staffing, or high-volume recruitment. • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing through placement. • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience. • Confidence conducting telephone and video interviews. • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills. • Ability to identify quality candidates and assess cultural fit. • Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable working toward recruitment and placement targets. • Strong computer literacy and experience using ATS/CRM or recruitment systems.
