📋 Description

• Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally • Set up and maintain client records in the CRM • Prepare documents, quotes and renewals • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues • Track requests so nothing is left waiting • Serve as the day-to-day contact for a UK firm's clients • Own client requests, paperwork and follow-up from start to finish • Work independently while participating in regular team check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing admin or account support role • Confident with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Excellent written English • Strong organisation and follow-through • Calm, polite manner with clients • Experience in professional services (nice to have) • Zendesk or Freshdesk familiarity (nice to have) • Basic reporting in Excel (nice to have)
