📋 Description

• Maintain policy, procedure and compliance documentation • Track staff training, certifications and renewal dates • Prepare evidence packs and support internal and external audits • Log incidents, complaints and corrective actions • Monitor completion of compliance tasks and chase outstanding items • Produce compliance status reports for management • Keep the UK business audit-ready by maintaining documentation and filing dated evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance, quality or governance administration • Strong document control and version management habits • Confident tracking deadlines across many owners • Clear written English for policy and audit documentation • Discretion when handling sensitive material • Exposure to ISO standards or a regulated UK sector (nice to have) • Experience with a compliance or GRC platform (nice to have) • Understanding of GDPR or data protection record-keeping (nice to have)
