📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls, emails and live chats from UK customers • Resolve queries about orders, deliveries, billing and account changes • Log every interaction accurately in the CRM so colleagues can pick up where you left off • Escalate technical or complex complaints with clear notes attached • Follow up on open tickets until the customer confirms they are sorted • Flag recurring problems so the wider team can fix the root cause • Serve as the first voice and first reply customers meet • Use judgement to resolve issues on the spot and determine when to escalate

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years in a customer service, call centre or retail support role • A clear, neutral telephone manner and confident written English • Experience with a CRM or helpdesk system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or HubSpot • Patience under pressure and a genuine willingness to help • A quiet home workspace, reliable fibre or LTE, and backup power • Comfortable working UK hours from home
