📋 Description

• Coordinate daily operational tasks and keep internal trackers and schedules up to date • Liaise between team members, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving • Prepare reports, summaries and process documentation for the management team • Monitor deadlines and flag risks or delays early • Maintain accurate records across shared systems and inboxes • Support process improvements and help roll out new ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role • Strong written and spoken English • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and comfort learning new systems • Well organised, with the ability to juggle several tasks without losing detail • A reliable fibre internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work • Availability during UK business hours
