📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a UK workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Maintain compliance with UK HMRC requirements including PAYE, NI, and pension auto-enrolment • Lead and develop a small payroll team, reviewing their work and providing guidance • Resolve payroll queries from employees and managers professionally • Produce payroll reports and liaise with finance on payroll reconciliations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UK payroll experience with at least 1 year in a management or senior role • Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations, RTI submissions, and pension compliance • Proficiency in payroll systems such as Sage Payroll, ADP, or similar • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
