📋 Description

• Prepare quotes, proposals and order paperwork accurately and on time • Keep the CRM clean: contacts, stages, notes and next actions always current • Chase outstanding information from customers and internal teams • Process orders and coordinate handovers to fulfilment or operations • Handle inbound customer queries and route opportunities to the right salesperson • Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports for the sales manager • Support campaigns with list building, mail merges and follow-up tracking • Update CRM records from previous activity, flag stalled deals and organize follow-ups • Turn around quotes and order paperwork, answer customer emails and remove deal blockers • Prepare accurate weekly numbers for sales meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales support, sales administration or commercial operations • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, helpful manner • Stable fibre internet, backup power for load shedding, and a quiet home office • Confidence with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar • Proficiency with Excel or Sheets • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Accuracy and speed with documents, quotes and data entry • Proactive follow-up skills to keep pipelines and paperwork moving without prompting • Based in South Africa • Ability to work UK business hours
