• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts • Ensure clients remain informed, supported, and confident in the progress of their marketing initiatives • Work closely with internal specialists and project managers to monitor account performance • Communicate results clearly and identify potential risks early • Maintain strong client satisfaction
• 8–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client success, or related client-facing roles • Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency (required) • Excellent verbal and written English with strong professional communication skills • Proven experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, website analytics, and conversion tracking • Ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate insights through clear, ROI-focused business storytelling • Strong meeting facilitation and client presentation skills • Experience working within structured workflows, SOPs, and operational processes • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in day-to-day marketing workflows • Excellent organizational skills with strong responsiveness and attention to detail • Ability to proactively identify issues, communicate solutions, and escalate appropriately • Availability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours • **Nice to Have** • Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management systems • Experience with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards • Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as CallRail • Experience presenting marketing performance through ROI/business storytelling • Experience supporting client retention, referral generation, or churn prevention initiatives
• Compensation: $2,800/monthly (USD) • Full-time remote position • 8-hour workdays, totaling approximately 40 hours per week • Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to client retention, successful referrals, and overall company performance • Clear growth path with increasing account complexity
