• Develops and implements strategies to acquire new business • Maintains relationships with agents, consultants, and decision makers • Prepares and reviews reports including market plans and sales metrics • Conducts or participates in implementation meetings with new groups
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or three years’ direct experience in a consultative sales role • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • State health insurance license or ability to obtain within three months
