📋 Description

• Execute technical sales support, pre-sales activities, and customer engagement • Conduct technical discovery engagements, technical sales presentations, and product value proposition demonstrations • Create and deliver live and on-demand technical content for sales and marketing campaigns • Support the Sales Team as a technical expert to drive assigned opportunities and accounts and reduce the sales cycle • Expand the sales pipeline within targeted accounts and act as the primary technical liaison • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for sales and business opportunities • Drive adoption of Altium’s product portfolio by increasing subscription commitments, renewals, and brand loyalty • Continuously expand technical knowledge through technical content and the Altium product roadmap • Maintain knowledge of competitor products, features, and emerging technologies • Train customers professionally using Altium Training Content • Deliver instructor-led training sessions to Altium customers • Maintain current knowledge of customer training content • Develop and update training content, including scripts, video storyboards, project examples, and technical video series • Collaborate with internal departments on new product features and development • Mentor and guide internal and external trainers • Deliver courses as appropriate and as updated

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Altium Designer preferred but not essential • Electrical/Electronics engineering background desired • Willingness/ability to travel across Australia & New Zealand • Ability to conduct technical discovery engagements, technical sales presentations, and product demonstrations • Ability to create and deliver technical content for sales and marketing campaigns • Ability to understand client technical and business challenges • Ability to serve as a technical expert supporting sales opportunities and accounts • Ability to train customers using Altium Training Content • Ability to deliver instructor-led training sessions • Ability to develop and update training content, including scripts, video storyboards, project examples, and technical video series • Ability to collaborate with internal departments on new product features and development
