• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing ecommerce sales team. • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team success. • Oversee the development and optimization of the online shopping experience to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Work closely with product and merchandising teams to ensure a compelling and diverse online product assortment. • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic.
• 5+ years of proven success managing an established and growing remote sales team. • 2+ years of experience within an ecommerce and/or DTC business model. • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools as a core part of how you lead, sell, and scale. • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and industry best practices. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
