📋 Description

• Work as a Junior or Mid-Level ERP Support Consultant • Develop and enhance experience with APEX, APIs, and Salesforce environments • Ensure the continuity, evolution, and operational excellence of enterprise management systems • Provide ERP system support and maintenance • Identify and resolve incidents • Implement continuous improvements • Integrate systems • Apply knowledge of APEX, API-based integrations, and Salesforce • Communicate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) • Experience with Salesforce, including integrations, module support, and functional support • Knowledge of APIs, including consuming and publishing REST/SOAP APIs for system integration • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases, including data modeling, queries, and stored procedures • Knowledge of ITIL for incident and change management • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, and Git • Intermediate to advanced English • Intermediate to advanced Spanish • Analytical profile, ability to work under pressure, and results-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills with functional and technical teams
