📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve tickets promptly, minimizing operational impact • Access and work with databases for queries, script execution, and troubleshooting • Unblock and manage process queues • Analyze source code to identify issues and resolve root causes • Automate processes and resolve tickets to optimize workflows • Provide support for systems developed in Java, Node.js, and Python • Collaborate with development teams to ensure service continuity • Maintain and improve monitoring and support scripts • Diagnose and resolve issues in resilient, high-volume systems with asynchronous processing and high concurrency • Propose solutions to optimize computing costs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Level 3 (L3) support or a similar role • Knowledge of Python, Java, Node.js, and Kotlin • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms • Knowledge of BigQuery, Spanner, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage • Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, architecture, and optimization • Experience processing large volumes of data • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and DevOps • Experience with SQL database manipulation and querying • Experience with Redis, Grafana, and Airflow • Ability to execute scripts and automate processes • Ability to read and analyze code • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proactive and organized, with a focus on results and efficiency • Preferred: experience with financial market infrastructure • Preferred: ability to work in agile and collaborative environments
