📋 Description

• Manage projects throughout the implementation lifecycle from initial design through successful completion • Coordinate project milestones and ensure timelines remain on track • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and next steps • Schedule and coordinate required resources for project implementation • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or issues • Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in internal systems • Use reports and dashboards to manage project activities and provisioning tasks • Escalate issues and drive timely resolution • Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accountability for project outcomes • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Complete all required hiring process stages, including resume review, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, operations support, account coordination, implementation support, service delivery, or a related role • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Proficiency with computers and web-based systems • Experience coordinating projects, implementations, or service delivery activities preferred • Experience working with customers, vendors, and multiple stakeholders preferred • Telecommunications, technology, managed services, IT, or BPO experience preferred • Experience using CRM systems, ticketing systems, project management platforms, or similar tools preferred • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • 16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam and USB headset • i5 processor or higher • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365 • Applicants must be comfortable working a schedule aligned with MST business hours • Must complete every stage of the hiring process • Resumes must be submitted in English
