📋 Description

• Turn vague or incomplete business requests into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans • Own backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering effort • Plan and coordinate sprints and releases while managing scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and changing requirements • Work closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve product and technical tradeoffs, make practical decisions, and keep key changes documented

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software Project Management experience with hands-on Product Management or Business Analysis skills • Experience with requirements discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, sprints, dependencies, and releases • Ability to turn vague business ideas into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and executable plans • Experience using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar • Comfortable working directly with CTOs and engineers, discussing technical constraints, challenging assumptions, and making product decisions in a fast-changing early-stage environment • Strong written and spoken English • Stable employment history, typically 2–3+ years per company, or credible explanations for shorter engagements • Fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, financial operations, or other regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred • Fluent Russian
