📋 Description

• Own concurrent deployment projects independently through the full lifecycle — from kickoff to go-live — following established PMO processes. • Manage project budgets, track milestones with urgency, and flag risks early before they become problems. • Act as the primary escalation point for your customer accounts, resolving routine deployment issues and escalating complex ones with clear analysis. • Generate accurate project quotes using established pricing models and customer-specific requirements. • Meet or exceed PMO KPIs while contributing to overall team performance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer accounts with consistent, proactive communication. • Manage customer expectations throughout the deployment and actively look for ways to add value to the partnership. • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project summaries for internal stakeholders and customers. • Keep all deployment workstreams on track — site surveys, equipment shipping, vendor scheduling, and installation coordination. • Manage equipment returns and RMA processes independently. • Oversee vendor communications and monitor performance, escalating quality or schedule issues as needed. • Coordinate shipping schedules, delivery confirmations, and logistics tracking. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and complete deployment checklists accurately throughout the project lifecycle. • Keep all RetailNext platforms updated with timely, accurate project information. • Follow all PMO SLAs — customer responses, quote delivery, shipping coordination, SmartOps updates, and internal comms. • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience. • Experience in a customer-facing role — you're comfortable owning relationships and having direct conversations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams. • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools. • Solid understanding of deployment or operations processes and how to keep complex moving parts on track. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
