Description

• Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers • Developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas • Using communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until closing the deal • Ensuring proper after-sales service • Boosting sales and contributing to long-term business growth • Identifying opportunities with prospects and new clients and building them into long-term profitable relationships • Supporting sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base • Modeling the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity • Matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions • Creating and delivering powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition • Communicating effectively client needs to the product teams for future product enhancements • Collecting and documenting competitive intelligence • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities • Presenting the company to potential clients • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services • Creating detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships • Presenting products to prospective clients • Providing professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty • Remaining in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs • Responding to complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation • Negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive • Proven track record selling enterprise solutions • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation and creativity skills • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to deliver engaging presentations • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships • Organizational and time-management skills • A business acumen • Enthusiastic and passionate • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
