📋 Description

• Develop learning materials, including online courses, e-learning modules, educational videos, and interactive presentations • Align content with clients’ business objectives and learning goals • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business, learning, and development needs • Translate needs into effective instructional design strategies • Apply instructional design best practices and methodologies, such as ADDIE, the 3Hs, Edutainment, PBL, 6Ds, and the narrative arc • Explore and use e-learning platforms, interactive simulations, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality • Create innovative, effective, and engaging learning experiences for online or in-person solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Education, Languages, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Knowledge Management, or a related field • Experience in instructional design, preferably in corporate education or e-learning environments • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, the 3Hs, Edutainment, PBL, and the narrative arc • Knowledge of e-learning platforms (LMS) required • Familiarity with content authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate • Experience integrating technology solutions into learning and keeping up with trends in education and technology • Experience using Artificial Intelligence to accelerate production processes • Knowledge of authoring tools • Experience applying andragogical methodologies and principles • Ability to conduct needs assessments • Ability to focus on the learning experience • Ability to design content with narrative consistency • Ability to use emerging technologies and support tools • Data analysis skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
