📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build long-term relationships • Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors • Resolve client and contractor queries and escalations in a timely, professional manner • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Monitor account performance and maintain accurate client records • Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed through to resolution • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall client experience • Work across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role • Experience within BPO, staffing, recruitment, healthcare, or professional services is highly preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Experience handling client and contractor issues with a solution-focused approach • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks • A proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Training will be provided; previous experience with every platform is not essential • Experience with Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Hubstaff, and AI productivity tools would be an advantage • Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new CRM, reporting, recruitment, and workflow systems quickly • Comfortable working across multiple platforms while maintaining accurate client and contractor records • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
