âą Coordinate all operational activities following project handover from the sales team. âą Order construction materials and equipment based on project requirements. âą Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery. âą Track orders from purchase through delivery and resolve any delays or supply issues. âą Maintain project schedules and ensure materials arrive according to construction timelines. âą Monitor project costs and maintain accurate budget records. âą Compare supplier pricing and negotiate where appropriate to achieve cost savings. âą Keep detailed records of purchases, invoices, delivery schedules, and project documentation. âą Communicate regular project status updates to internal teams and management. âą Coordinate multiple active construction projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. âą Identify potential scheduling or supply chain issues before they impact project timelines. âą Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency. âą Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support successful project completion.
âą Previous experience in Operations Coordination, Project Coordination, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Construction Administration. âą Strong organizational and time management skills. âą Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. âą Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. âą Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills. âą Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. âą Comfortable working with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation. âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. âą Experience using project management or purchasing software is advantageous. âą Experience within the construction, pool construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry is highly desirable.
