📋 Description
• Manage financial controls, including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports • Assist in preparing accounting documents • Manage financial spreadsheets and databases • Respond to and resolve inquiries from clients and suppliers • Perform other general administrative tasks such as obtaining quotes and purchasing supplies.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field (completed or in progress) • Previous experience in administrative and/or financial roles • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Computer and reliable internet access, as well as a quiet workspace.
