📋 Description

• Conduct collections and negotiate with delinquent clients using a consultative, empathetic approach; • Manage delinquency portfolios, contributing to maintaining a month‑to‑month downward trend; • Operate collections systems (e.g., debt management platforms and CRM), including support for comparative validation during the final integration phase between tools; • Support delinquency campaigns and credit recovery actions; • Generate datasets, reports and KPI notes for the area, keeping controls organized and proposing improvement ideas based on observed data; • Prepare presentations and analytical materials to support management; • Monitor area targets and performance indicators; • Propose initiatives to improve collections processes and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields (in progress or completed); • Previous experience with collections routines and customer negotiation; • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (ability to extract, process and produce analytical materials from databases); • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Slides); • Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; • Good communication and ability to build relationships with different internal and external profiles.
