📋 Description

• Identify and source new leads (potential clients) • Conduct initial outreach via email and manage cadence sequences • Prepare and send sales proposals • Follow up on proposals and pursue responses • Continuously update spreadsheets and sales management systems (CRM)

🎯 Requirements

• Own a personal computer and have a reliable internet connection • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • General computer and web browser proficiency • Good organizational skills, focus, and discipline to handle standardized/repetitive routines • Commitment to deadlines, punctuality, and targets • Availability to work a 6-hour daily schedule during business hours • High school diploma (completed secondary education) • No prior professional experience required (first job welcome)

• Monthly stipend of R$700.00 • Bonus for closed contracts (commission)
