📋 Description
• Posting job openings on various platforms • Candidate sourcing (hunting) on LinkedIn and talent databases • Screening resumes/CVs • Scheduling and conducting interviews • Administering and analyzing behavioral assessments • Preparing interview evaluations/reports • Managing recruitment processes through to the position being filled
🎯 Requirements
• Own equipment and internet connection (remote) • Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection • Experience with HR consulting is a plus • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, among others) • Strong communication and organizational skills, with commitment to deadlines and deliverables
