📋 Description

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Perform bank reconciliations and review financial transactions • Manage invoicing and issue tax invoices • Issue and monitor payment slips and collection notices • Track receipts and monitor overdue accounts • Record and update payments and receipts • Organize and review financial documents • Enter and update information in financial systems and tracking tools • Assist with the preparation of financial reports • Monitor collections and receivables • Provide support for other activities related to clients’ financial routines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in financial operations • Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation • Experience with invoicing, collections, and receivables monitoring • Proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of or experience with financial management systems/ERP platforms • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines • Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough reviews • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Responsible, proactive, and self-directed approach • Ability to manage multiple companies, requests, and priorities simultaneously • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
