📋 Description

• Originate, qualify, and manage corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers • Identify working capital and corporate debt financing needs among companies with annual revenue exceeding BRL 15 million • Interpret projects and financing requirements • Maintain continuous origination activity, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week • Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals • Provide commercial support to medium-sized and large companies in the industrial sector

🎯 Requirements

• Established active client portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium-sized and large companies with annual revenue exceeding BRL 15 million • Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines such as BNDES and similar institutions • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering • Ability to interpret complex projects and working capital and corporate debt requirements • Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • Highly senior commercial experience serving medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active client portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector • Existing client portfolio • Sales consulting experience • Financial analysis
