📋 Description

• Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers • Identify working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies with annual revenue above R$15 million • Interpret projects and financing needs • Maintain continuous origination activity, with a target benchmark of two structured contracts per week • Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals • Work with companies in the industrial sector

🎯 Requirements

• Established active portfolio and direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million • Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, such as BNDES and equivalent institutions • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering • Ability to interpret complex working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements • Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills • Highly senior commercial experience serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
