📋 Description

• Receive the job profile and direct guidance from the consulting firm • Screen resumes and identify candidates who match the profile • Conduct online/video qualification interviews with shortlisted candidates • Prepare finalist assessments and submit them to the consulting firm • Focus exclusively on recruitment and selection, with no responsibility for client acquisition, job briefing, ad creation, or account management

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience screening resumes and conducting selection interviews • Strong profile assessment, active listening, and communication skills • Organized approach to managing candidates and meeting delivery deadlines • Autonomy and motivation to earn additional income based on productivity • Additional training or vocational qualification
