📋 Description

• Client prospecting and management: Conduct commercial outreach to new clients and contracts, as well as renewals and maintenance of the existing portfolio, ensuring the broker's business growth. • Personalized consulting: Prepare quotes, sell and implement health and dental insurance and plans (individual, group by affiliation, SME and corporate), offering solutions aligned with each client's specific needs. • End-to-end service: Manage all contract stages — implementation, changes, endorsements and negotiations — with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. • Benefits administration: Market and manage complementary products such as Life Insurance, Travel Insurance, International Health, Meal/Food Vouchers and wellness solutions (WellHub, TotalPass). • Client relationship and experience: Build long-term relationships through excellent service, delivering a differentiated client experience. • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and high-quality service delivery. • Opportunity management: Monitor prospects and identify new business opportunities, including in other insurance lines. • Market awareness: Stay up to date on trends and changes in the health and dental sectors to propose strategic and competitive commercial actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience selling Health and Dental insurance • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Outlook, Word and Excel required; PowerPoint is a plus) • Familiarity with insurer portals / Broker Panel (health and dental quoting) • Knowledge of the SISCOR system (desirable, for network study and comparison) • Experience with the Quiver system is a plus.
