📋 Description

• Act in all stages of the sales funnel, from first contact through to closing sales; • Pre-qualify leads by assessing profile, interest and readiness to buy; • Organize and confirm meeting schedules, ensuring leads attend calls; • Conduct sales (closing) calls with qualified leads, presenting the company’s solutions; • Carry out structured follow-ups and keep the CRM updated with each lead’s status and notes; • Participate in weekly alignment meetings, contributing ideas to improve scripts and commercial cadences; • Prepare performance reports tracking conversion, scheduling and closing metrics; • Prospect and open new markets (Expansion and B2B Hunter), closing contracts with national and international companies, especially for product consulting and recruitment services; • Conduct strategic sales calls (Closer B2B and B2C) for both corporate and individual clients, following the company’s validated playbook; • Support the definition and monitoring of metrics, the sales funnel and commercial team performance reports; • Contribute to the operation and strategy for international expansion (USA and Canada).

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience as a High-Ticket Sales Closer, with a proven track record of closing contracts in digital businesses, SaaS, mentorship programs or online education; • Preferred: Overall experience of 3 years or more in consultative sales or commercial roles, with work in structured funnels, strategic account handling and complex negotiations; • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, especially within startups or technology companies; • Preferred: Knowledge of launch funnels, remote operations and qualification and closing processes; • Preferred: Proficiency with CRM tools, and mastery of persuasion techniques, rapport building and strategic communication; • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields.
