📋 Description

• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including new hires and interviews • Collaborate on internal and external training and development initiatives • Manage onboarding programs • Monitor training, organizational culture, employee engagement, and career development programs • Provide high-quality service to employees and promote a positive experience with the employer brand • Mediate conflicts and refer them to the appropriate managers • Monitor organizational climate initiatives and collaborate on improvement efforts to promote engagement and retention • Support the performance evaluation process through analysis of business metrics and behavioral assessments • Support feedback processes between managers and their direct reports • Contribute to leadership development through training and development tools and programs • Coordinate social responsibility initiatives and plan annual social impact activities • Implement diversity and inclusion programs to foster an innovative and inclusive environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, Organizational Development, or a related field • Experience as an HR Business Partner • Previous experience in People Development and Organizational Development, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Organizational Climate and Culture, Diversity, and Social Responsibility • Knowledge of career planning and employee development projects is preferred • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 • Commitment to quality and delivery excellence • Sense of urgency • Results-oriented mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Openness and flexibility in adapting to change • Strong interpersonal skills • Respectful and transparent approach • Persistence and resilience in solving problems
