📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the team responsible for the platforms • Define architecture, development, and software quality standards • Conduct code reviews and provide technical support to developers • Foster the team’s technical development through mentoring, feedback, and the sharing of best practices • Lead technical discussions and support high-complexity decisions • Design and evolve microservices- and event-driven architectures • Define integrations between systems and platforms • Ensure solution scalability, availability, security, and observability • Assess the technical impacts and risks of initiatives • Develop applications, APIs, and components using modern technologies • Participate in defining and evolving data models • Implement solutions focused on performance and resilience • Investigate and resolve critical production incidents • Lead the evolution of platform processes • Design and evolve synchronous and asynchronous integrations between systems • Ensure the reliability and integrity of data in transit • Support infrastructure evolution in cloud environments • Define CI/CD and deployment automation strategies • Promote best practices for monitoring, observability, and operations • Technically plan deliverables with Product Managers • Estimate technical effort, risks, and impacts • Support backlog prioritization from an engineering perspective • Lead technical debt reduction initiatives • Facilitate technical alignment across multidisciplinary teams • Define and evolve the platforms’ technology strategy • Serve as a technical reference for strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, or in an equivalent role • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience with event-driven platforms and enterprise messaging • Experience with systems integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture • Proven experience providing technical leadership to software engineering teams • Knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL • Knowledge of Apache Kafka, REST APIs, synchronous and asynchronous integrations, and event-driven architecture • Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, Redis, data modeling, data governance, and data quality • Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD • Knowledge of Grafana, Datadog, and Kibana • Preferred: experience with TOPAZ development, work on financial systems, AWS/Kubernetes/solution architecture certifications, large-scale and high-availability environments, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), platform governance, and technology modernization
