• Identify target customers and prospect large agricultural accounts • Organize your prospecting schedule and appointments while optimizing travel • Identify and develop new distributors with a partnership-based approach • Define and implement an action plan with each distributor • Develop initiatives to generate new business leads • Prepare technical proposals, negotiate, close and follow up on projects • Grow and retain your client portfolio • Provide regular reports on your commercial activity • Monitor your market and conduct competitive intelligence
• Higher education in technical and/or commercial field • Fluent in Dutch and/or English • Ideally demonstrable experience in selling a technical product • Knowledge of the agricultural market • Ability to sell solutions in a project-based approach • Results-oriented • Competitive spirit and perseverance • Strong interpersonal skills • Good adaptability
