📋 Description

• Positioning & Go-to-Market (GTM): responsible for the value proposition, positioning, and messaging by persona and segment • Build Ripio B2B's annual Product Marketing plan, aligning launches, campaigns, and content initiatives • Enable the Sales team with materials that accelerate enterprise deals • Produce thought leadership content on stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, regulation, and payment methods in Latin America • Manage the B2B marketing stack, budget, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or roles related to Go-to-Market (GTM) and technical areas, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto/blockchain, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS • Proven experience marketing technical products to B2B/Enterprise audiences, including technically-minded buyers (developers, solution architects, and product managers) • Strong ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally • Hands-on experience executing demand generation strategies and full-funnel B2B marketing • Experience building a marketing stack from scratch • Proactive mindset with strong execution skills • Genuine interest in crypto, stablecoins, payments, or fintech infrastructure • Professional fluency in English • Spanish is a significant plus • AI-first mindset and experience using artificial intelligence tools
